Episode 66 – GBN Mobile App 12
Today, we will be the Speakers Tab on the Mobile App.
The Executive Officer is responsible for maintaining the Speaker Rotation within the Chapter. They should be entering the Speaker schedule into the Mobile App. When this is done, the Speaker will receive a push notification a couple days prior to the week they are scheduled, reminding them it is their turn to speak. We put this in place because we are human, and we forget.
We recommend that the Chapter schedule only be 4 weeks out. This allows time to place new members in the rotation where they are not waiting too long for the other members to learn more about their business.
